This is definitely one of those “just because you can doesn’t mean you do” features. Short paragraphs, white space with bulleted lists and subheadings. In WordPress these options are called the “Kitchen Sink.” You don’t need everything including the kitchen sink! As a matter of fact easy to read posts are quite the opposite. Refrain from using all the formatting options available to you just because they are there. Here some considerations for you when using either tab.
